We do not accept return of our products nor issue refunds. However, we realise that exceptional situations can happen in regard to the character of the product we supply. We support exchange of product if the following conditions are met:
1. Major defects / Product not-as-described : In case of unexpected damages and defects, or if the product is not as per the order requirement, an exchange is applicable. Shipping charges for the return and re-dispatch will be borne by us.
2. A product unboxing video is required from the user side for verification purposes. Requests without an unboxing video will not be taken into consideration.
3. Communication from the user-end is made within 24 hours of delivery.
