- Not misrepresent yourself as an authorised reseller or distributor of Thaash products without our written consent.
3. Products & Services
Thaash offers hand-embroidered wholesale kurtas, kurti-pant sets, and related apparel products to retailers, boutiques, and bulk buyers across India and internationally. There is no minimum order quantity (MOQ) — orders may be placed for a single set or in bulk. All product information, including fabric details, size availability, embroidery details, and care instructions, is provided on the product pages.
As each piece is hand-embroidered by skilled artisans, slight variations in stitching, embroidery placement, and finish are inherent to the craft and not considered defects. Product images on the Platform are representative; minor differences in colour and texture may occur due to photography, screen settings, and the handmade nature of the product.
We reserve the right to modify, restock, or discontinue any product, design, or collection at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payments
All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Wholesale prices are quoted on a per-piece basis and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to revise pricing across seasons and drops.
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By transacting on the Platform, you enter into a legally binding contract with the Platform Owner. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment unless a separate credit arrangement has been agreed in writing.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders within India and to 30+ countries worldwide via DHL Express and other reliable logistics partners. Standard dispatch is within 48 hours of order confirmation, subject to stock availability. International delivery timelines vary by destination. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and clearance charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to the brand name “Thaash”, logo, design, layout, graphics, text, embroidery patterns, and product images, is the proprietary property of Thaash or its licensors. You are not authorised to reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any content, including embroidery designs and product photography, without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. All products and services are provided on an “as is” basis. We expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The handcrafted nature of our products means small variations are part of the product and not subject to warranty claims.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Thaash be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform or its services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, or Rs. 100, whichever is less.
9. Third-Party Links
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, including payment gateways, logistics partners, and social media platforms. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We have no control over the content of those websites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thaash, its affiliates, officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claim, demand, or action, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or your use of the Platform.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such performance is prevented or delayed by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, strikes, government actions, or disruptions in international shipping and logistics networks.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
